Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and thats where you come in!Duties and Responsibilities* Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.* Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.* Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.* Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.* Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.Qualifications* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.* Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.* Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.* Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
