Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s social channels to include a social media strategy that serves each audience, campaigns (organic and paid), spearhead a social media content calendar, and any effort that will increase the presence and engagement of the company’s presence. Build and execute on strategies for executive’s social media channels that will drive thought leadership in the industry and keep the company top of mind. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand strategy and report on progress to stakeholders. Be able to pivot and try new ideas. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and lead social media listening and audience management. Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Supports content creation for additional initiatives and various campaigns. Work collaboratively with the communication team for announcements and campaigns Desired Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation; in-house or at an agency 3 years of experience in b2b and b2b2c companies and healthcare In depth knowledge of social media platforms and keeps up with the latest trends Experience in creating social strategy, content, an editorial calendar, and campaigns (organic and paid) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that have increased the company’s traffic and overall visibility Experience in developing a strategy for C-Suite and senior-level executives and able to execute on it Preference to have experience with Sprout Social Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeably with high-level executives internally and externally Demonstrated experience in growing social media accounts and adeptness in social media platforms and tools. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
