We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing Product team. You will partner with engineering, design, operations and other cross-functional teams to drive products within our portfolio that support our mission of making any member’s dream of parenthood come true. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and leads with a user-centric approach in order to translate product opportunities into reality.

What you'll do...

• Work with the leadership team and the product organization to define, prioritize and own a roadmap based on business need and customer impact
• Determine key performance indicators and track outcomes of your product using defined metrics of success to drive to company OKRs
• Build a deep understanding of our members and customers and propose solutions that meet their needs and company objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Digital, and Member & Provider services to deliver a strong member experience
• Manage the scoping, planning (product requirements documents, epics, user stories, etc.) and execution of features and enhancements for your product to deliver impactful and high-quality member experiences

About You...

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience; healthcare or B2B product experience preferred
• Experience owning a product or set of product features, defining 6–12-month strategy for a product area and delivering on OKRs
• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements
• Highly analytical, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve with a data-driven approach
• Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, etc.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $105,000 - $115,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
