Description: Under direct supervision of the Line Lead, a packer/line worker is responsible for executing production work orders in spec to customer guidelines and expectations.
Scope:
- Following all safety requirements as outlined in corresponding training and onboarding procedures
- Safely operate all tooling and machinery needed to perform task on hand
- Following all process procedures ensuring accuracy of final product.
- In process visual inspections identifying potential product defects or contaminations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Ensure security and customer brand at all times
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to bend, lift, twist and turn throughout an entire shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform repetitive manual task
