Job Description
Loader operator / Combi-Lift is the person responsible for maintaining a steady flow of empty coups for the loading crew to fill with birds ready for the processing plant.
Operator takes the empty coup from the trailer and set it on the coup block which is set in place by the loading crew. They have to remove the filled coups from the houses and place on the trucks.
Loader Operators must successfully pass the company's powered industrial truck operators' exam by a minimum score of 80%.
New Operators will be trained by a qualified operator and will be released to work under minimum supervision once deemed competent by the trainer.
All safety rules will be followed, and the operators will follow Crew Leaders instructions. Work well with others and attend work as required.
Requirements
Have reliable transportation to work, be a team player and get along with others, and be able to operate a forklift.
