Looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Solution Designer/Process Designer) with 5-15 years of experience, preferably with a Telecom client in Richardson, Texas Hybrid role.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical IT groups, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom domain. Highly experienced in SDLC/Agile will be a Plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to organize and clearly present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills to gain understanding of requirements and priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, recognize non-communicated requirements and bring them to light
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment; team player yet able to work independently with minimal direction
• Familiarity with Telecom domain - Service Fulfilment or Service Assurance or Network build processes for Fibre access products
• Basic knowledge of different network nodes in Fibre access network topology
• > 6 year experience in a relevant business environment, including atleast 3 year experience in data analysis using SQL is mandatory
• Experience and comprehensive understanding of data collection, transformation and presentation processes
• Experience with application design, testing and deployment

• Establish analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business partner and client needs, share and syndicate output of analytical models, and provide support during implementation, where needed.
• Good knowledge and hands on in Data ingestion, Data modelling, Data Engineering (data lake)/Data visualisation.

• Develop and execute new and/or highly complex algorithms and statistical predictive models is desirable.
• Determine analytical approaches and modelling techniques to evaluate potential future outcome is desirable.
• Consolidate data across multiple sources and databases to make it easier to locate and access is desirable.
