Requirements

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Sr Director of Implementation & Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for effectively maintaining an accurate pipeline for prospective new members and providing reporting and analytical support the Revenue Operations and Implementation teams.

Pipeline Management:

· Proactively review sales pipeline, ensure Salesforce is up to date and reflects appropriate stages, close dates, and next steps. Drive administrative excellence with RevOps team members for all required data fields.

· Attend weekly internal pipeline meetings to keep a pulse on activity.

· Manage communication of pipelines with suppliers and lead bi-weekly meetings.

· Monitor RevOp-related requests from internal partners, ensuring timely completion.

· Develop and deliver training to internal partners as needed (new processes, etc.)

Analytics:

· Create and analyze reports for routine and adhoc requests, ensuring accuracy and providing insights.

· Proactively review spend reporting in PowerBI, notifying Implementation team of discrepancies, changes in trends, etc.

· Create new Salesforce reports as needed

· Assist in developing new PowerBI reports as needed

Support Business Development/Marketing/Implementation leadership as needed in other capacities.

The Person

We are seeking a bright, driven, and energetic candidate with demonstrated success in a business analyst role. In addition to strong analytical skills, the ideal candidate must be an effective communicator, highly organized, and customer focused.

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 3 years experience in business analytical role

· Strong Excel skills

· Salesforce experience is strongly preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills - must demonstrate ability to communicate analytical findings effectively

· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others - must demonstrate understanding of business needs and effectively relay to internal and/or external partners

· Presentation and PowerPoint skills

· PowerBI experience is a plus
