This position's "home base" is in Beloit, WI 53511 frequent national/international travel.
Major areas of focus:
- Identify strategic sales opportunities
- Evaluates markets
- Internet based marketing
- Creates a detailed plan to identify and optimize changing market trends to support the continued growth and development of the of each of the business units to meet and exceed sales and revenue growth targets.
- Fosters relationships with target customers and identifies opportunities to partner with or acquire emerging market capabilities that support the company’s growth and development.
- Attends industry conferences, follows industry trends and identifies potential new revenue streams, pricing and brand positioning and or industry threats and proposes business development plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborates with each business unit leadership team to implement growth plans and measure sales and revenue impact. Adjusts the plan based on real-time data and input.
- Oversees, directs, develops, and coaches the Sales team at each business unit to achieve and exceed sales and revenue growth targets.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or a related field. Required
- Master's Degree Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred
- 10 years Business experience, managing large sales and marketing initiatives identifying business trends and proposing growth plans.
