ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness I looking for a Part-Time Business Development Specialist who will help generate new & incremental referrals by developing & nurturing external, long-term relationships with physicians and community stakeholders in the area. Pay is based on experience plus monthly performance incentive bonuses. This position is based out of our Reedale Office, but allows for flexible location/remote work covering the Greater Augusta Territory.
This position is Part-Time to start, with a vision to grow to Full-Time within 6-8 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Business Development Specialist executes campaigns to create and build referral sources
  • Meets regularly with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure services delivered are meeting expectations
  • Identifies new referral sources through direct contact, and other lead generation sources
  • Minimum of 30-40 contacts with “decision makers” a week
  • Work closely with operations for new program initiatives
  • Monitors referrals and responds accordingly
  • Work with the Care Coordination Department to develop case studies, create customer appreciation letters and interpret customer usage statistics
  • Utilize strategies and objectives as outlined by the directors
  • Complete reports including: daily documentation of visits, quarterly reports and presentations on various data analyzing initiatives
  • Work with staff to develop activities/communication strategies to influence a positive community relationship with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers and other allied health care professionals
  • Monitors cross departmental communications to ensure a positive experience
  • Promote continuous communication between the organization and client groups to ensure clear understanding between Professional and the client’s needs
  • Participate in facility openings with announcements and referral development
  • Represent the company in corporate events, industrial meets, trade shows and conferences
  • Other duties deemed necessary to drive business development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience. Preferably, experience within the healthcare (and physical therapy) field.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & Lead Generation Strategies
