Location: Denver, Colorado Job Description: Our client is looking to hire a Sales/Business Development individual who focuses on creating new relationships and developing new business as well as maintaining and growing customer relationships. This position establishes and utilizes professional relationships, internally and externally, to generate growth opportunities within their assigned territory to consistently meet or exceed quarterly goals. Responsibilities: 95% emphasis on new customer acquisition S/he will utilize marketing inbound leads coming from their website, Google and Facebook ads, and referrals and will also be responsible for generating their leads Maintain CRM, a database of leads, contacts, customers, activities, and sales. Collaborate with internal teams to drive the market. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $45k Variable Commission = receives 3% of the gross invoice Projected 1st year earrings = $90k Projected 2nd year earrings = $100k - $125k $500/month fuel allowance 401K with a 4% company match $500/monthly healthcare stipend Company paid holidays 48 hrs. of accrued sick time
