PRO-VISION Video Systems is looking for self-driven and detailed oriented technicians to add to our growing team of Field Service Technicians.
This full time, W4 position offers a great work environment with a benefit package that includes paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid paternity/maternity leave, a 401K and additional benefits. Company Vehicle and tools provided. Our installation technicians will be installing our mobile video recording and observation systems on our customer's fleet across the country.

Qualifications and work requirements for this position:
Have valid driver's license to drive company vehicle to customer locations and provide all required installation services to fulfill assignments
Must have 12 volt vehicle upfitting/outfilling installation knowledge including GPS and exterior and interior monitoring systems
Must be able to alternate from sitting to standing at will with the ability to climb steps/ladders, crouch and kneel as needed to complete installation tasks
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and 35 lbs. over head
Ability to fit in/under semi-confined space (inside and under vehicles) to complete installation processes
Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy of Target Times for assigned installations
Maintain a clean, driving record through safe and defensive driving to ensure the ability to be insured on corporate auto policy
Ensure installations are completed accouring to installation and service work orders
Ensure that customer approves all work with proper signatures in all agreements
Document all non-standard installations/service, proactively provide an appropriate solution and determine how the issue will be eliminated in the future
Familiar with and have the ability to use microshoft office applications as needed
Maintain professoinal onsite appearance and provide professional customer communication
Provide the necessary paperwork and reports to the home office in a timely manner as required
Provide process improvement suggestions for any install/service aspect of the company
Must follow and adhere to all policies and procedures in the current version of the Pro-Vision Installation policy and procedure manual
