Pro-Tech is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Fort Worth, TX
Times are approximate and may require overtime
Provide support to the Manufacturing Department and to ensure that all equipment is in safe and optimal working condition
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service times
Perform maintenance technician skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, machinery assembly drawings, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Diagnose process and machinery problems utilizing root cause failure analysis techniques, replace or repair equipment parts, test and make adjustments as required
Perform regular preventive and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Use a variety of hand and power tools, basic shop machinery, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Install / Change Metallic and non-Metallic Conduits and Cables
Wire simple 110V 1-phase, 220V-3 phase, 480V 3-phase circuits
