Pro Recovery Solutions, LLC is looking for a full-time Call Center Specialist to join our team! This position assists the Director of Business Development and Clinical Directors with any administrative, call center, admissions, CMR database, commercial insurance, and pre-admission client needs.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain CRM database for prescreened clientele
Develop, maintain and collect eligibility and screening tools for outpatient clientele in the Behavioral Crossroads, Greenbranch and Recovery at the Crossroads programs
Focused on driving admissions, diligently screening, scheduling and following up on missed appointments to drive corporate growth and stability
Understanding the payor mix, benefit analysis of private pay, and out of network insurances
Track insurance policies and document payout, co-pay and co-insurance of common policies accepted by our company
Track chronological timelines for scheduled intakes through the prescreening and admission process
Coordinate and arrange the logistics associated with potential client’s journey into treatment with Behavioral Crossroads, Greenbranch and Recovery at the Crossroads programs
Engage with families and the support network of potential clientele.
Communicate with clients, parents, family and support in order to arrange for and collect payment by check, cash or credit card for all co-pays, deductibles or private pay in advance of treatment.
Act as internal liaison with external marketing staff to drive revenue and program growth. Assist in the prospecting and scheduling of appointments for marketers in the field and conference calls for internal sales with the business development director.
Monitor overnight & weekend calls, internet, social media, and SEO feeds. Respond if relevant to start the preadmission process.

Education and/or Experience: Prior experience in a substance abuse and/or mental health treatment call center with primary emphasis on out of network benefits necessary. Extended care PHP with housing experience preferred.
Technical/Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Kipu, EMR/CRM databases, accurate typing skills and the ability to use standard office equipment.
Work Environment: May work in outdoor conditions <2/10 of the time. May travel <2/10 of the time and work not only day, but (swing, grave and weekends 2 of 5 days a week). Environment is generally moderately noisy.
