Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement our effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Attend weekly meetings to analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Work closely with our General Sales Manager and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products/services
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, however not required as we provided extensive training
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze customers' needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes (CRM software, email, etc.)
