Office Manager / Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, determined, and confident individual to join our team! Family run small business for 26 years. You’ll be helping clients fulfill their dreams of buying a home! The right individual will thrive in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced environment! This position is multi-faceted, working closely with a team and independently.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers and building rapport via telecommunications, internet, social media and in person.
  • Managing outward communication via email, phone, text messaging.
  • Scheduling and coordination of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Driving Brand experience through client / customer relationships
  • CRM management
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns / strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications / marketing campaigns.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Build out daily schedules, coordinate assignment logistics and follow up communication with clients and co workers
  • Attending business related functions, special events and local office presentations
  • Monitoring electronic communications remotely on occasion (email, texts, etc)

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative and marketing work experience in a progressively increasing capacity
  • Strong Computer Skills – good typing speed, email systems and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive
  • Ability to multi-task while engaged in a variety of duties
  • Have a clear and impassioned customer relationship philosophy, ability to foster customer relationships, communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and energetic individual who is eager to learn and enjoys a variety of work challenges.
  • Energetic, friendly, outgoing and personable
  • Easily adapts to change and working in a well-organized environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Communicate issues and status in a clear and timely manner
