Family Assistant | Nanny

Location: Austin, Texas

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm (~40 hours per week)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Care and supervision of three children
• Coordinate with the cook, morning nanny and EA.
• Run errands, schedule appointments, and source vendors.
• Conduct research for kids' activities and schedule engagements.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including cleaning up after children and in the kitchen.
• Source and manage vendors.
• Prepare simple meals for both children and adults.
• Drive children as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including children's laundry.
• Handle grocery shopping and other tasks as assigned.
• Keep children's rooms tidy.

Requirements:

• Professional career nanny / family assistant with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, energetic, and a team player.
• Ability to handle scheduling, source vendors, and run errands independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the family and vendors.
• Clean driving record and willingness to use family-provided car.
• Long-term commitment is required.
• Must sign an NDA and undergo an in-depth background investigation.
• Willingness to travel (though not mandatory).

Compensation:

• $40 per hour.
• Guaranteed pay for 52 weeks per year.
• Two weeks paid vacation.
• Five paid sick days.
• Stipend for healthcare coverage.
• Discretionary bonus potential.
