A wonderful family in Austin, Texas is seeking a full-time career nanny for their active children ages 2, 5, and 8. The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1pm to 8:30pm with flexibility to work an occasional weekend day. Responsibilities include; all aspects of full-charge care, working in a collaborative manner with both parents, Infant experience– the family may be expanding, Fluent in Spanish, and understanding and knowing how to navigate a work-from-home parent’s scheduleRequirements:Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to swim and be comfortable around waterCPR and First-Aid certifiedGood communicatorIntuitively know when to step-in and when to allow for family timePet friendly– family has a small YorkieOne child has a latex allergy, must be comfortable ensuring protocols are keptProfessional and kind demeanorSalary and Benefits:$35 per hourOne week PTO (which is negotiable)& Some holidays
