Company Overview: INVO PEO is a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. We specialize in payroll processing, tax administration, employee benefits, and risk management. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy and process invoices in Sage Intacct software.
• Ensure appropriate approval is in place and coding is applied to each invoice.
• Attach correct supporting documentation to each invoice in the system.
• Meet deadlines and follow policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Provide support to other accounting team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Associate’s degree with 1 year accounts payable or customer service experience; or a High School diploma with 2 years accounts payable or customer service experience. Business experience in a related field is also acceptable.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.30 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
