We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our regional team. This person will service the Tennessee/Kentucky market.
Job Summary:
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients and working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations to position Pritchard as a preferred partner in the industries we serve. You will leverage your expertise in business development and awareness of market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and will assist in the development of regionally directed strategic goals. Building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions will be critical to the success of this position. This is a senior level position within Pritchard. It is the BDMs job to work closely with the Vice President(s) and to coordinate with marketing, General Managers of Operations and local, Operations Leaders in all new business pursuits. As a BDM at Pritchard, you call on and set meetings with prospective clients, earn the opportunity to present our services, and quarterback the win strategy from internal and external initial meetings to proposal, presentation, and contract award.
