Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is looking to promote an Inside Sales Supervisor to hire, train, and develop Inside Sales Representatives here in Tempe, AZ.
This is a great opportunity for a goal-oriented sales leader to transform our business from a logistics company into a technology-focused company to capitalize on the growth potential of our business.
Responsibilities :
Help develop a high-performance sales team
Hire, train, mentor, and coach staff
Meet and exceed goals for new business
Generate and manage leads for sales reps
Facilitate calls to help sales reps close deals and problem solve
Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to give updates on sales targets and sales forecasts
Work with sales management on forecasts and goals
Benefits :
$60,000 Base Salary, plus commissions

Education & Qualifications :
At least 1 year of freight sales experience preferred
Prior documented success selling logistics services in a sales environment
Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
A truly hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution-driven
Ability to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happen
Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems and implement best practices
General business and financial acumen
Must relocate to Tempe, Arizona
