Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves obtaining new clients and expanding our customer base. The selected candidate will undergo a 2-week intensive training program at our office before transitioning to a remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, both in-person and virtually.
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fintech or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage independently.

Compensation:

  • Expected yearly earnings of $90K.
  • Competitive commission structure: 25% of the revenue generated monthly for 12 months.
  • New account signing bonus.
  • Commissions on equipment sales.

Training:

  • Mandatory 2-week in-office training before transitioning to remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off
