We are a high-tech cosmetic and general dental practice in San Ramon looking for a stellar Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to cover our RDA-EF2 while she's on maternity leave. This is a full time (M-TH) position for 6 months, beginning as early as April 15 and extending to the first week of October, when our dental assistant will return to the office. Ideally we'd like 1 candidate but are willing to consider 2 people with split days if it's a good fit.
You will be the dentist's "wingman/woman" and ensure each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently and the doctor runs on time. You bring a great energy, positive can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we provide the best patient experience. You're well-organized with great attention to detail and have exceptional technical and communication skills.
Our team is like family and we have a lot of fun together, whether it's happy hour or our quarterly team outing. We also believe in work-life balance and have a "work hard, play hard" philosophy where we give it our all on our 4 patient-focused days and then enjoy time off with our families.
We look forward to hearing from you!
