Established periodontics practice is currently looking for an experienced full-time front office person to join our dedicated and established professional team.

• Our office hours are Mon & Wed 8-5, and Tue, Thur & Fri 8-3.
• 401k after 1 year of employment
• $25-28/hour depending on the experience and level of work capability

Our office provides a warm and friendly working environment, but you must:

• have at least 1-year experience working in a dental office
• be willing to be coached in a new work environment and open to feedback
• have strong communication skills
• have knowledge of dental terminology
• have an understanding of dental insurance
• be willing to be cross-trained to help in the back office when needed
• have completed the course of the COVID-19 vaccine
• experience with Dentrix (Preferred)

Your duties include but not limited to:

• providing exceptional customer service
• answering phones
• scheduling appointments
• preparing and presenting financial agreements
• insurance coordination
• liaison between front and back of the office
• practice promotion
• email and text message management
