Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented dental biller/front desk to join our team.

Duties include sending claims, consistently following up on unpaid claims, and filing appeals. Must ensure that claims are submitted error free and be able to investigate insurance denials. Experience in CDT coding for dental and medical is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Assist with patient scheduling and ensure accurate booking information

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Experience in Dental Billing

- Be sure to follow up on claim denials, filing claims error free in a timely manner, and complete additional information requests from insurance companies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in Dental Billing

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in computer systems with Dentrix

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

- ICD-10

- Dental coding /Billing

- Medical billing is a plus
