The Division Fleet Manager position is responsible for the development and control of a regional area of the Fleet Department and its budget, upkeep of vehicles, maintenance, safety standards, and communications with upper management.

• Provide a safe, legal, cost effective fleet of vehicles with minimal downtime while meeting the needs of the department's clients.
• Work with clients, Fleet Director and Operations Division VP to develop and control the Fleet Department annual expense and capital budgets.
• Work with and monitor subordinates and vendors to ensure that the fleet is maintained in accordance with the established Standards of Condition and that all established policies and practices are properly followed.
• Develop, refine, and manage Fleet Department standards for personnel performance, vehicles, vehicle repairs, data collection, data reports, computer systems, and vehicle specifications.
• Coordinate and manage vendors to ensure proper vehicle maintenance is maintained at all locations.
• Develop direct reports to provide professional management for the operation of the fleet in the future of this company.
• Interface with other departments to provide and receive cross training in order to improve inter departmental communications.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Relevant fleet maintenance/management experience and supervision.
• Advanced level of competency in computer systems and software including Microsoft Office.
• Financial planning and analysis experience.
• Must have familiarity with DOT regulations, governing the use of Commercial Vehicles, as well as strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of vehicle systems, components and design characteristics.
• Must possess excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, as well as have the ability to influence and make decisions by applying independent judgment.
• Experience with the EAM Fleet Maintenance System is preferred.
• Significant Travel required
• Manage fleet departments across NW/Mountain Division (Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Northern California and Nevada)
• Position can be based anywhere within NW/Mountain Division
