The primary focus of the Fuel Operations Manager is to oversee the employees in the Fueling Department. This position is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned fueling station and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Some responsibilities may include interviewing hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Associates Degree. High School Diploma or equivalent may be substituted with two or more year’s relevant experience in training and/or compliance.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
