PrimeCare Medical, Inc. (PCM) is currently looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant to work Full Time in the Medical Department at the Bucks County Department of Corrections located in Doylestown, PA.

In this role, the Medical Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the PrimeCare Medical staff.

Job Duties :

• Schedules all outside appointments and consults
• Orders all supplies for the Medical Department
• Collects data for end of month reports
• Filing, faxing, and data entry.
• Scanning documents into the computer.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintaining a staff log.
• Scheduling transports.
• Scanning medical files and responding to record requests.
• Working closely with the management team in the medical department to manage daily tasks.

This position receives a 2-week orientation period where you will be training on-the-job and shadowing with the nursing staff.
