GI&PCP Office is looking to fill Medical Assistant position for Full time or Part time - ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS APPLY.

Medical Assistant/ Medical Receptionist Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Preparing exam rooms for patients
• Providing necessary information to patients about their medical procedures
• Transferring hospital patients' information to the local office EHR system
• Coordinating daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance
• Receiving and recording patient's medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information related to medical records
• Collection of specimens from patients (phlebotomy certificate is a plus but not required.)
• Inventory control -- stock items, medical supplies
• Answer multi-line phone system, email and fax
• Bilingual Spanish/Turkish/Arabic is a plus
• All Candidates must possess the following:
• -Computer literate
• - Must have strong organizational skills and communication skills.
• -Ability to work independently, and work well with co workers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
