Our Team is currently seeking an HR Training Coordinator to help support the day-to-day operation. This role will focus on Training, procedure administration, and Talent management within HR. This person must be able to interact and communicate with people at all levels of the organization, as our official “Training Coordinator”. Directly reports to HR Manager. Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5 PM.

Responsibilities
Assess training procedures and identify needs for new and existing employees
Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks, and videos using the appropriate authoring tools
Maintain employee training records in the LMS
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers (translations)
Manage the Learning Admin function in the LMS & HRIS for loading courses, course assignments, reports, etc.
Acting as our safety liaison- entering accident reports with insurance and following through with safety coordinator/ managers.
Support with full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of fixed-term positions within defined parameters and standard recruitment practices.
Enters employee data into HRIS, including: on-boarding information, disciplinary action notes, address changes, telephone number changes, etc.
May investigate or seek assistance for employees with issues related to pay, benefits, and employee relations
Conducts follow-up exit interviews
Conduct post-onboarding interviews with new hires
Supporting the Safety, Security, and Workers’ Compensation programs
May meet with managers and employees to educate, discuss issues, resolve conflict, problem solve, and provide support concerning employee relations and recruiting issues
Assist with responding to general employee questions on HR matters
Respond to information and report requests. Supply information to senior management on various matters including employee status issues, policies and procedures, and changes in local state and federal laws
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time (Sites Locally as well as foreign: Richmond, VA, Jacksonville, FL, TX), as needed.
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual, English/Spanish.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both languages.
At least 2 years of experience in the HR, Recruiting, or training field.
Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and listening.
Strong ability to build trusting professional relationships with all departments and across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and action orientation.
Resourceful, creative problem solver.
Exceptional computer skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
