We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Sales Representative, specializing in the mining and power generation sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mining and power generation sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products meet industry standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote our products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated understanding of the mining and power generation industries, including knowledge of industry processes, equipment, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value to customers while achieving business objectives.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
