We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated host to join our team at Prime Fish, a premier sushi restaurant. As a host, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience and maintaining the high standard of service that Prime Fish is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Manage restaurant seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, and provide information about the restaurant.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming entrance and waiting area.
• Coordinate with the service team to manage wait times and guest expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, special offers, and restaurant events.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
