Location: Tampa, FL (Flexible Hybrid; 2 in-office/3 WFH)
Compensation: $130k-$150k Base
Job Type: Full Time

- The ideal candidate has 8 years of total experience with 2 years of management experience
- Accounting/Finance experience in a Non-Profit environment (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA (strongly preferred)
- Lead and manage the month-end close process; Ensure close is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with annual audit including generating the schedules for filing the 990s, financial audit, etc.
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and provide in-depth analysis to senior management
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial forecasting
- Identify key financial metrics and create reports and dashboards for monitoring and communicating performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting and financial analysis professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide feedback and coaching, and support professional development plans
