• Execute table layout and diagram.
• Complete all set up and breakdown as needed for each banquet event
• Follow specific job duties in opening / closing and side duties.
• Maintain a friendly, positive and professional attitude and behavior to all clients and guests
• Responsible for making sure that each service piece of china, glass and silver is spotless before it is placed on a table, and that each table is set-up uniformly.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute specific requirements, as stated in banquet event order.
• Must be RAMP Certified
• One or more years of previous banquet bartender and service experience
• Lift and carry a tray or push / pull a cart, up to fifty, (50) pounds
• Perform in a face paced environment.
• Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.
• Serve buffet or plated meals to guests
• Resolve issues or problems quickly to satisfy the client or guestAvailable shifts : Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)Job requirements :
• High school diploma / GED required.
• 2 years' experience working as a bartender.
• Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.
• Ramp Certification Required
