Project Assistant/Recruiter – Asheville - $20

PrideStaff is recruiting for a Project Assistant/Recruiter for a local travel company. Great opportunity for someone that is highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.

Job Summary: Responsible for working collaboratively with company director on specific short-term and long-term projects. Also, assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training both new and current employees as well as our management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside contacts
• Report updates verbally and in written form to management
• Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Completing paperwork for new hires and manage the onboarding process
• Report updates verbally and in written form to management
• Attend job fairs and hiring events
• Coordinate and conduct company training sessions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of two years administration/human resources work experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Hours of Work: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
