MAGNIFY is Hiring a Project manager Near Asheville, NC

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction, and contract negotiation.

Duties :

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Develop project schedules and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial project management
  • Proficiency in Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, ProCore, and other construction management software
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
