MAGNIFY is Hiring a Project manager Near Asheville, NC
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction, and contract negotiation.
Duties :
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in commercial project management
- Proficiency in Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, ProCore, and other construction management software
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and project documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
