Inventory Control / Warehouse / Production Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the inventory control system
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories
- Supervise warehouse & production staff in a variety of departments
- Develop efficient warehouse & production processes
- Manage production schedules
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse personnel.
- Lift 50lb boxes from 5-foot-high shelf
- Produce results in a fast-pace environment Inventory Control / Warehouse / Production Manager Qualifications :
- 2 year or more experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to 5ft high areas without assistance
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
- Adaptable / flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Insanely high attention to detail is a must
- Autonomous / Independent - enjoys working with little direction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- This is a smoke free / vape free property
- This is a non-climate-controlled work area
