Requirements:
4 year accounting degree from an accredited college
5 years of accounting experience
Leadership ability
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
Experience/skills:
General Ledger Accounting - financial statements, monthly management schedules, balance sheet reconciliation including prepaid accounts and accruals, month/quarter/year end procedures.
Banking - bank reconciliation, positive pay upload, ACH processing, stop payment, etc.
Business licenses - multiple jurisdictions.
Taxes - Sales, Use, Consumer Use, and Lube tax filing for multiple jurisdictions
Computer skills:
Microsoft Excel - Advanced skills include pivot tables and queries
Microsoft Outlook - Intermediate level
Microsoft Adobe - Advanced Level
Prophet 21 or similar ERP system
