- · Record and reconcile financial information.
- · Review and post accounts payables and accounts receivable batches.
- · Reconcile bank statements.
- · Process monthly journal entries accordingly.
- · Review general ledger for accuracy prior to month-end close.
- · Produce monthly reporting packages for each client’s properties on your team.
- · Review management fees calculations.
- · Prepare owner funding request.
- · Work closely with Property Managers regarding questions on properties.
- · Assist management with special projects when requested.
- College degree required, plus a minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience.
- Yardi experience preferred.
