Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, First Shift, 8 : 00 AM -4 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $16-$20 / hr
Location : Rockville , MD

Customer Service Representative job duties :
- Data entry of customer orders, and special orders.
- Monitoring Customer transactions and replying to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Working with Vendors in managing lead times
- Help to maintain filing, prepare, and sort documents.
- Manage and update customer and vendor accounts.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Customer Service requirements include :
- Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
- Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
- Willingness to submit to a background check and / or drug test
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
