Pride Health is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse for a client in Cedar Rapids, IA! (Contract)

Schedule: 4x12s Day shift

Contract: 13 week contract

Pay Rate: $31-34/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit, assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and treatments as directed by RNs and physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout their hospital stay.

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• BLS Certification
• Ortho/Trauma experience preferred
