Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. This is a contract position located in Cedar Rapids, IA

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2 years of current Med/Surg experience. Need a strong & confident Nurse that can hit the ground running without issue! Negative attitude/behaviors not tolerated, contract will be terminated.
Will work certain holidays if still here. Must be comfortable taking care of codes/traumas/cardiac and critical patients, including pediatrics. 2 years current Med Surg experience. Will float to multiple Units while on assignment. Float for Medical, Surgical and step down. Critical care experience a plus but not required. EMR - EPIC

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current IA RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• COVID Vaccination Card required
• Skills Checklist current from the past 12 months
• Resume
• Drivers License
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Rotation; Day/Night rotating shifts: 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs/week
Weekends: Yes; every other weekend including holiday rotation
