I have a full time opportunity for an Learning & Development/Corporate IT Trainer to join the team! This candidate will need experience with training analysis, development and delivery will be required on newly implemented IT application solutions. Must have excellent communication skills and experience of adapting IT training deliverables within a fast paced evolving technology and business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps on existing IT systems implemented firm-wide
• Training staff on MS Teams, O365, mobile devices, CRM tools
• Design role-specific technology training courses on core IT systems firm-wide
• Design & curate bespoke end user documentation tailored around core business requirements
• Delivery end user training sessions on core IT systems firm-wide
• Curate e-learning content in-line with new IT system deployments and existing system functionality
• Assist with end user testing as part of Technology team pilots
• Assist and provide "white glove” service style of training to company’s executives and partners
• Maintain IT training content uploaded to internal LMS
• Promote and encourage participation in the implementation and use of new/existing technologies

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years training experience
• Proven experience developing e-learning initiatives
• A creative team player with the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels
• A proven commitment to high quality and excellence
• Ability to learn new processes and translate them into achievable learning objectives
• Candidate must be willing/able to learn new systems quickly and develop end user training solutions
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
