For the Corporate Office, we're looking for an A/P Clerk Miami, FL.

The A/P Specialist roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following list:

• Manage incoming Accounts Payable BillPay email inbox for multiple Division
• Responsible for all vendor related correspondence via phone or email
• Support process and procedures that ensure Vendor compliance with AP invoicing procedures including electronic submission of invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate entries of vendor invoices.
• Prepare invoices for entry (coding, matching to PO, validating approvals) for multiple Divisions
• Manage and maintain daily work queues.

• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
• Communicate, collaborate, and partner with other departments, team members, and external suppliers to resolve invoice and payment problems in a timely manner by taking a proactive approach.
• Work with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure intercompany transactions are detailed and transparent, and properly accounted for
• Record Corporate Credit Card transaction and Monthly account reconciliation
• Audit and process Employee Expense Reimbursement transactions

• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department
