Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Develop new accounts through direct marketing campaigns. You will develop a book of business from targeted accounts. You will be responsible for all aspects of targeted and outreaching utilizing your own rolodex and targeting tools provided by the company. You will effectively record your interactions utilizing the company’s CRM and outreach marketing toolsEffectively maintain stocks of company business development materials.
2.Manage customer success and deliver post-sale to assure strong performance of each account. You will effectively maintain and grow your accounts and assure that there are at least weekly formal meetings. You are responsible for pulling together effective materials for these weekly meetings utilizing the company’s administrative and clinical staff and resources. You will also be responsible to consistently “round” on each customer with a goal of targeting delivery of appropriate patients per customer (where possible).
3.Develop relationships with key targeted strategic industry leaders and participantsYou will be provided with a regularly updated set of strategic industry leaders and will develop relationships in conjunction with the Chief of Staff andPresidentYou will also have the opportunity to attend industry events and in other manners will develop your own set of strategic industry relationship which will allow you to multiply your business development efforts in the market.
4.Participate in targeted industry conferences and eventsYou will participate in regional industry events giving you the opportunity to expand your network and build businessOrganize and produce these events.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Strong track-record of meeting and exceeding quotas as a business development executive in healthcare services. College degree strongly preferred but not critical if have strong track-record
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference given to strong rolodex of home health agencies (especially skilled) in the five boroughs of NYC. Preference given to strong rolodex of SNFs and hospital discharge planners in the five boroughs of NYC.
Target Compensation: $300k Annually
Breakdown:
$60K base x about 3 months
THEN after 3 months
$25K base with potential of $300K total yearly incentive.
