Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is currently hiring for a PART TIME 7am-7pm Registered Nurse Supervisor, every other weekend.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
• The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
• The RN Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
