Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Doylestown, Pa is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse Unit Manager to Join our Team!

The RN Unit Manager position is Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call. Opportunity for Advancement!!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will implement and interpret organizational policies.
• The RN Unit Manager will attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
• The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will ensure proper documentation is being completed.
• The RN Unit Manager will participate in care plans with the clinical team.
