The range for this position is $43.00-$48.00 per hour based upon experience.

Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is currently hiring for a full time RN 11p-7a Nurse Supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures.
• The RN Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with staff and greeting all new admissions.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor prepares and administers performance reviews for staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
