Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is currently hiring for a PART TIME 7pm-7am Registered Nurse Supervisor, every other weekend.
Rate based upon experience!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
- The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
- The RN Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
