After an initial training period, the Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the client's project is set up and maintained according to the project plan. This can range from reviewing survey set ups to data set ups to reviewing current projects across Press Ganey's Employee Experience products (such as annual engagement surveys for employees and physicians, milestone surveys (onboarding and exit), and self-serve pulse surveys (and future products)). This position supports teammates working with a range of small to very large clients and both simple and complex projects.

• Review projects, using a defined checklist, to ensure both standard and custom elements are appropriately incorporated in client's project before survey/project administration
• Flag client team to any discrepancies to ensure quick resolution before survey/project administration
• Complete work promptly and accurately by developing an expertise in and appropriately using Press Ganey's proprietary software and internal systems
• Manage queue of projects in a timely fashion to meet project deadlines, prioritize/re-prioritize based on needs of the team
• Performs troubleshooting and provides timely follow-up on inquiries, escalated issues and special requests with manager's oversight
• Provide support for service failures/recovery
• Act as an effective member of a team and cross-team product group

• 6 months-2 years of health care, quality improvement or project management experience
• Project Management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37,000 to $42,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
