Overview:
Professional Experience
Team Leader managing all expects of production fulfillment and logistics. Core responsibility to ensure daily fulfillment of all retail stores, wholesale, ecommerce orders via distribution methods set by leadership. Report to VP of Sales and Production.

Core Responsibilities
· Management – Oversee production fulfillment team to achieve daily goals. Identify, develop, and organize team for success. Uphold expectations set by leadership to achieve zero discrepancy goal. Maintain production efficiency standards as set by leadership.
· Adaptable – Able to pivot to the changing needs of the business on a daily basis and provide issue resolution quickly.
· Forecasting – Daily collaboration and planning of roasted coffee needs for production fulfillment working directly with Partner Success Admin and Head Roaster. Maintain proactive communication of cold brew needs.
· Analytical skills – Be able to analyze processes and provide potential solutions inclusive of cost savings, expenditures and adjustments.
· Team Management – Lead by example from standard operating procedures to daily maintenance. Drive constant team productivity to meet company production goals.
· Equipment expert – Be the troubleshooter for all equipment. Understand use, care, basic maintenance of all production fulfillment equipment to ensure consistent production schedule. Be able to pivot and manage expectations upon any equipment failure.
· Distribution – Oversee distribution of all Press Coffee orders to include daily mailouts and deliveries. Oversee route delivery drivers and maintain route optimization for daily execution. Maintain proactive transfer of all commissary goods to and from Roastery and Coffee Support as needed.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
